Hebei Zhihong Plastic Products Manufacturing Co., Ltd. manufactures PP, PE and HDPE sheets, two-color HDPE boards, ground protection mats and plastic parts made to drawings. Our factory is in Cangzhou, Hebei, China.
We combine sheet production with cutting, drilling and CNC machining, followed by order inspection and export packing. Customers can order full sheets, cut-to-size panels or finished parts for their own fabrication and assembly work.

What We Check Before Packing
Inspection follows the specification, drawing or sample approved for the order.
For sheets: material identification, thickness, length, width, color, surface condition and quantity.
For machined parts: critical dimensions, hole positions, edges and the features specified on the drawing.
For ground protection mats: panel dimensions, tread surface, connector holes, accessories and packing quantity.
For documentation: specify any material or inspection records you need. Availability is confirmed for the selected grade and order.
From Specification to Shipment
Confirm the Specification
Agree the material, dimensions, quantity, application and delivery destination before quotation.
Approve Drawings or Samples
For custom work, confirm the drawing and critical details. Where a sample is needed, agree its cost, timing and acceptance criteria.
Produce and Inspect
Manufacture to the agreed order details and check the specified dimensions, finish and quantity before packing.
Pack and Dispatch
Confirm packing, shipping marks and the dispatch schedule for the order and destination.
